How does the booking process work?

A Rental Booking Form and our Terms & Conditions will be forwarded to you for completion – you will need to provide your credit card details to make the booking. The credit card details are held on file, and secure your booking and will be used as a security deposit upon check-in. Upon receipt of your completed Rental Booking Form, a Confirmation Voucher will be sent to you which contains the details of your booking. Bookings can be made directly through our trusted Associate, Remax-Antigua - who has been in business on the island for over 20 years.

When do I need to pay?

You will be required to pay 50% of the total cost of your booking immediately. We will contact you 4 weeks prior to your arrival, when the remaining 50% is due.

What is the security deposit for?

The security deposit ie credit card, is held against any breakages or damage done to the property during your stay. Upon check-out, we will inspect the villa, and, if there have been no breakages etc, your credit card will not be charged.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your booking before the final 50% is paid, and we are unable to secure another booking for the same time period, there is a $200 US cancellation fee. If you cancel within 4 weeks of arrival ie after your 50% payment has been received, this is non-refundable.

What is provided in the villa?

The following items are provided for each set of arriving guests: bottled water, washing up liquid, liquid hand soap in each bathroom, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper x 2 for each bathroom.

Are towels provided?

We provide one hand towel, face towel, bath towel and beach towel per person.

Do you offer a taxi pickup service from the airport?

We offer a personalized airport pickup by one of our trusted taxi drivers, at a cost of $40 US, to be paid directly to the driver. Should you require this service, please notify us prior to your arrival.

Will someone meet us at the villa?

One of our team will be at the villa to personally greet all arriving guests and show you how to use the TV, internet, air-conditioning etc, hand over the keys, and answer any questions you may have. We also provide a Welcome Book for each villa – this is a comprehensive guide to Jolly Harbour and the surrounding area.

What happens if we have a problem with the villa?

Please contact us if you need assistance, once you have arrived at the villa.

Is house-keeping service included?

The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after you depart – these costs are included in the rental price. If you are staying for 2 weeks or more, a cleaner will come in after week 1 to change the bed linens, clean the bathrooms and kitchen and sweep and mop the floors. If you would like a cleaner at any other time, we can arrange this for you at your cost. Please let us know.

Are laundry services available?

The villa has a laundry room with American style washer and also a separate dryer. You need to supply your own washing powder. You can also take laundry to Burtons Laundromat, near the boat yard on the north side of Jolly Harbour. They can do a same day service wash, dry and fold, for reasonable prices.

Is smoking allowed in the villa?

No. The villa is strictly non-smoking. If you would like to smoke, please do so outside. If we find you have been smoking in the villa, the costs of cleaning will be deducted from your credit card – see your Confirmation Voucher.

Do you recommend renting a golf cart?

The villa is about 12 Minutes walk from the commercial center and restaurants -6 or 8 minutes walking to the nearest part of Jolly Beach and 15 or 20 minutes to the golf club, gym and some of the other restaurants. We can reserve a golf cart for you, but you will need to pay the Golf Cart Rental Company for this directly at a cost of about $20 US per day. Golf carts should not be taken outside the confines of the resort.

Can you recommend a car hire company?

There are a number of these in Jolly Harbour and the surrounding area. We recommend Sunny Rentals Ltd.

Is there a “What’s On in Antigua”?

Yes, Antiguanice.com is a very comprehensive website which is kept updated and has details of activities throughout the year.

What voltage are your villas?

The villa is dual voltage; there are 110volt American flat pin sockets and 220volt European round pin sockets in each room.

Is there wifi available?

Yes there is Digicel 4G internet in the villa and the use is free of charge. Also most of the restaurants have free wifi.

We have young children, do you have access to strollers, high chairs, cribs etc?

Yes, we have access to a variety of equipment which can be hired for the duration of your stay. These should be booked in advance of your arrival.

Local Currency

The local currency is the East Caribbean dollar. There are 2 ATM machines at Jolly Harbour, which accept VISA and Mastercard and give local currency only. There is a bank in the Commercial Centre where they will change money.
